Course programme

The training consists of 4 modules that will be delivered to a select group of participants. 

Course Structure (4 modules):

1:  Responding to the crisis and preparing for post-crisis consulting

     Key focus: the impact of the crisis on consulting, changes in the external environment, how best to

     prepare for a more effective role as a consultant. 

2:  Business diagnostics on-site and from a distance

Key focus: methods and tools to achieve a reliable diagnosis of the state of the client’s business and build a relevant and effective business case.

3:  Consulting skills required in the post-crisis environment

     Key focus: skills to a) help clients increase their awareness of developments and opportunities and

     b) enhance the effectiveness of consultants in their roles in a volatile environment.

4:  Building relationships in a network society

Key focus: How best to build stronger relationships and growth the business under challenging circumstances in a network society and in a digitalised environment.
